Welcome to the Rotorua Yacht Club Website. Rotorua Yacht Club is based on the shores of Lake Rotorua at the Rotorua Lake Front.
At the Rotorua Yacht Club, we run a national learn to sail course that teaches the basics about sailing and safety, so that we can encourage more people to come out and participate in afternoon racing. Anyone can attend the course, whether you are a child, or an adult. The course is run in your own yacht if you have one, or the club learn to sail boats are used. Theses courses are run on sunday mornings and often on a wednesday night.

The 08/09 season has drawn to a close and the AGM/Prizegiving is on Sunday 7th June 2009 at 2pm in the clubrooms
We encourage all members and visitors to go and visit the yacht club and join us for sailing.
